Dengan modus pasar bebas –yang sejatinya adalah kebebasan modal, mekanisme Migas Indonesia harus disamakan (mengikuti) dengan standar mekanisme internasional. Oleh karena itu, Migas merupakan bagian integral dari perdagangan bebas secara global. Kebebasan pasar inilah yang mendorong Migas menjadi komoditi yang mendatangkan keuntungan-keuntungan bagi para pelaku pasar (koorporasi).
Para elit, ahli ekonom liberal dan lembaga-lembaga internasional menyatakan bahwa “subsidi adalah kebijakan tidak rasional dan tidak berkeadilan. Pencabutan subsidi sektor Migas akan mewujudkan ketahanan dan kemandirian energi nasional.” Hal ini menunjukan bahwa problem pasar bebas, salah satunya adalah subsidi. Bagi koorporasi, subsidi akan membatasi persaingan dan menghancurkan pasar. Oleh karena itu, agenda pasar bebas harus diikuti dengan penghapusan subsidi-subsidi publik.
Proyek penghapusan subsidi juga dilegitimasi dan didukung oleh lembaga-lembaga internasional. WTO sebagai lembaga dagang dunia, telah merubah barang publik menjadi barang privat yang bebas diperjual-belikan. Indonesia sebagai anggotanya, harus terus-menerus menjalankan agenda penghapusan subsidi terhadap sektor energi dan non-energi.
Dalam forum G-20 di Pittsburgh (2009) dan Gyeongju (2010), telah memaksa negara anggotanya, termasuk Indonesia, segera menghapus subsidi BBM secara bertahap. Kemudian intervensi serupa juga gencar dilakukan oleh lembaga seperti IMF, Bank Dunia, USAID dan ADB. Lembaga-lembaga tersebut memaksa pemerintah Indonesia segera menghapus subsidi energi paling lambat tahun 2014.
Selain melakukan penghapusan subsidi, pemerintah juga melakukan privatisasi dan kemudahan-kemudahan bagi para koorporasi-koorporasi untuk menanamkan modalnya. Hal ini diungkapkan oleh presiden SBY dalam pembukaan Konvensi dan Pameran Petroleum Assosiation (15/5) di Jakarta Convention Center, bahwa “pemerintah membuka peluang investasi Migas melalui penyederhanaan birokrasi perizinan dan memberikan insentif bagi perusahaan eksploitasi Migas.” Sehingga kebijakan tersebut merupakan jalan lapang bagi para pemodal untuk memonopoli dan mengekspor kapitalnya sebebas mungkin. Akibatnya, produksi Migas Indonesia menjadi ajang monopoli koorporasi-koorporasi internasional, diantaranya oleh PT Chevron asal Amerika Serikat yang menguasai 44 persan migas di Indonesia, lalu diikuti oleh E&P 10 persen, Conoco Philips 8 persen, Medco Energy 6 persen, China National Offshore Oil Corporation 5 persen, China National Petroleum Corporations 2 persen, British Petroleum, Vico Indonesia, dan Kedeco Energy masing-masing satu persen. Sementara perusahaan BUMN hanya mendapatkan porsi 16 persen. “Liberalisasi dan privatisasi menjadi problem utama dalam pengelolaan produksi Migas, dimana Negara melepaskan tanggungjawab pengelolaannya kepada swasta.”

The crisis of capitalism in the Americas and Europe raced to the continent of Africa and Asia to transmit the virus. Capitalism has ruined and destroyed education all over the world. Capitalism crisis rescue attempt by education budget cuts and rising costs of education have been enemies for students. Even had enough too long learners-students made ​​"customers" for the benefit of the owners of capital.
